As a qualified member of FRSTeam, West Covina Cleaners utilizes the 9 step restoration process.  This includes:

Response to Initial Call Within 1 Hour
A FRSTeam member responds to your call within 1 hour. This is to identify the personnel, materials and equipment needed to handle the loss

Pick-up Within 8 Hours of Call
A FRSTeam member walks through the disaster site with the claims professional and insured to assess the scope of the project, determine emergency clothing needs and pack-out all items that need cleaning.

Prepare the Order
A FRSTeam member determines which items can be restored and classifies these by cleaning method. This makes sure that each piece receives the proper restoration technique, which increases the number of items that can be restored

Develop Estimate of Costs Within 72 Hours
A FRSteam member provides a preliminary estimate of costs and a computerized inventory of items that includes a list of non-restorable garments.

Emergency Service
(Rush items returned to insured). Priority items, like a suit for work or a security blanket for a child, are cleaned and delivered ASAP to the homeowner

Restoration Dry Cleaning
The restoration dry cleaner uses advanced equipment, special techniques and advanced processes to restore clothing and other textiles.

Temporary Storage
Restored items are placed in secure sites that are accessible to the insured until they return to their home.

Delivery of Restored Items
Restored items are delivered to the insured and returned to their original location when possible.

Complete Order and Ensure Satisfaction
FRSTeam members follow-up with the insured and the manager of the claim to ensure billing accuracy and satisfaction. Once restoration dry cleaning services are completed, an itemized inventory, a signed “Authorization to Perform Services” document and a “Certificate of Satisfaction” form will be submitted to the claims professional.
